Is immediate cover available over the phone?

Can I pay by instalments?

Yes - We offer a range of options with which you can settle your premiums to us.

Can you come to see me to sort out any problems I may have?

Yes - Our Head Office is based in Kent please see our contact section for further details. However, we are always happy to visit you if you’re too busy.

 

If I have to claim through no fault of my own, will I lose my “No Claims Discount”?

This largely depends on the circumstances of the claim, depending on whether the claim is classed as “Fault” where the discount will be lost; or “Non Fault”, where the no claims discount will be maintained.

To clarify, if your insurer is able to recover all of their costs from a third party, the claim will be classed as “Non Fault”. A “Fault” claim occurs when your insurer is unable to recover all costs. This usually occurs because you are either partially or totally responsible for a collision, or in the event of the other party being untraceable. A good example would be a hit and run accident against your vehicle when it’s parked. Fire and theft claims are considered as 'fault' claims for the purposes of no claims discounts.

Who is entitled to drive vehicles on my Motor Trade policy?

This answer is simple; it's entirely up to you depending on your choice of policy. We can arrange motor trade policies which vary from single “named drivers” to larger policies that will cover virtually anyone you give permission to. Please note, the more flexible your policy is in this respect, the more likely your premium is to increase.

What Vehicle types can be included on my policy?

We can arrange cover for almost any kind of vehicle that is licensed for use on the road, however the more expensive or unusual a vehicle is, the more specialist and expensive the cover is likely to be. Please also bear in mind that these instances may require restrictive covers.
