Third party fire and theft insurance covers damage to your van that occurs as a result of theft or fire and also covers damage to third parties in case of an accident. Comprehensive insurance covers damage to your van as a result of fire, theft or accident, including windscreen damage cover. It also includes cover for any accidental damage to third parties. Comprehensive cover can also include other items such as personal effects, medical expenses, personal accident or injury, the death of the policyholder, and in-car entertainment.

You are required to produce the renewal notice from your previous insurer. If this document does not state you NCD (no claims discount) entitlement, or if this is unavailable to you, you will need to contact your previous insurer and request confirmation of the NCD and then forward it on to us.

No, if the claim was your fault (ie a fault claim) then we do not guarantee you will receive a courtesy van. It is however possible that the garage repairing your van will provide with a courtesy vehicle if one is available.
If the insurer or claims handling company deems that the claim was not your fault, and therefore the cost of the courtesy vehicle will be covered by the 3rd party insurer, then YES, you will be entitled to a courtesy van.
